I offer prenatal vinyasa classes that adapt a vinyasa practice so as to be accessible to pregnant women in all trimesters.

For most women, yoga is a safe form of exercise during pregnancy. In 2015 the journal Obstetrics & Gynecology (Volume 126, Issue 6) published research examining the effects of yoga postures on healthy pregnant women in their third trimester and recommended 26 yoga postures during pregnancy.
